Anne Curtis Smith, a Filipino Australian model, actress and TV host, entrepreneur and recording artist is the recipient of numerous honors throughout her professional career. These include two FAMAS Awards one Luna Award as well as two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. Additionally, she was nominated two times for Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis was a part of a variety of television series including Hiram Kampanerang (2005), Maging Sino Ka Man Dyosa (2008) Green Rose (2011) and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013). The role she played was Dyesebel as the Komiks character in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. In addition, she hosted of It's Showtime, a noontime variety program (2009-2020). Anne Curtis, born on 17 February, 1985 in both the Philippines and Australia, is an actress television presenter musician, business owner and record producer. Her long-running career has won many awards such as those two FAMAS Awards two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards in addition to in five PMPC Star Awards. Additionally, she was nominated two times for Gawad Urian Awards along with eight PMPC Star Awards in the movies. Curtis was a part of a variety of television programs including Hiram (2004-2005) Kampanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino Dyosa (2008) Green Rose (2011) and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013). Her character was Dyesebel, the infamous Komiks character from Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. Additionally, she was host of the variety show It's Showtime at noon (2009-2010) Curtis is the daughter of Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina originally from Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith who is an Australian attorney. Her birthplace was Yarrawonga located in Victoria, Australia. Her father got wed to Ojales by 1982. The younger sister Jasmine is also an actress. They both have fathers. shared a half-sister whose name was Clare who passed away in the year 2007 from a heart disease at four months old.
