Additionally, she was host of the variety show It's Showtime at noon (2009-2010) Curtis is the daughter of Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina originally from Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith who is an Australian attorney. Her birthplace was Yarrawonga located in Victoria, Australia. Her father got wed to Ojales by 1982. The younger sister Jasmine is also an actress. They both have fathers. shared a half-sister whose name was Clare who passed away in the year 2007 from a heart disease at four months old.
